Westland is participating in the PlayVS League. Westland is currently one of the top teams in Arizona in the Super Smash Bros category.
🎮 High School Esports Team Eligibility Requirements
1. Academic Standing
- Full-Time Enrollment: Students must be enrolled full-time at the school.
- Grade Point Average (GPA): Maintain a minimum GPA (commonly 2.5 or higher).
2. Age and Grade Status
- Age Restrictions: Some leagues may have age or grade restrictions (e.g., players must be a current high school student).
3. Behavioral and Conduct Standards
- Code of Conduct: Adherence to a code of conduct that promotes professionalism and sportsmanship.
- Disciplinary Actions: Consequences for misconduct may include warnings, suspensions, or removal from the team.
5. Practice and Competition Commitment
- Practice Attendance: Regular attendance at scheduled practice sessions.
- Competition Participation: Commitment to participating in scheduled competitions and events.
